What makes My Chemical Romance a special band?
Whether or not you like their music, you can still be affected by their message. They stand behind millions of people, support them, love them, empower them, and believe in them. And that's extraordinary.

What makes My Living Romance a special project?
This project embodies everything MCR stands for, and its living proof that lives have been changed by simply returning the faith that this band has in us.

Why did you want to be part of the staff?
Joanna kidnapped my cat. I'm just complying with ransom demands.

Favourite books/comics?
Firebringer, The Sight, Flowers for Algernon, The Historian, The Illustrated Man, His Dark Materials (series), Hitchhikers Guide to the Galaxy (series), Me Talk Pretty One Day, Batman, The Umbrella Academy, Nausicaä, lots of sci-fi, and anything from the mind of Jhonen Vasquez.

Favourite movie(s)?
Children of Men, V for Vendetta, Monty Python and the Holy Grail, Serenity, Akira, Appleseed (trilogy), Futurama (trilogy), Independence Day, Gattica, Inside Man, I-Robot, Star Wars, Juno, Tokyo Godfathers, Little Miss Sunshine, most Pixar films, various vampire/zombie movies, and anything by Hayao Miyazaki.

Favourite music?
Uhmm... Damn, that's hard. Top three: My Chemical Romance, DragonForce, and… shiiit. I can't pick a third one!

Favourite quote(s)?
"I do not want to die just yet, and a world that creates people who claim that they want to is a world that I don't want to understand." - Jhonen Vasquez

"Crazy people don't spend time wondering if they're crazy. We have better things to do." - George Carlin

"The most important thing is to be whatever you are without shame." - Rod Steiger

"I have learned to love that which is meant to harm me, so that I can stand in the way of those who are less strong. I can take the bullets for those who aren't able to." - Margaret Cho

Favourite lyric(s)?
"If I could start again | a million miles away | I would keep myself | I would find a way." - Johnny Cash

"One day I'll fly away | Leave all this to yesterday | Why live life from dream to dream | And dread the day when dreaming ends." - Nicole Kidman/Moulin Rouge

"If I could tear you from the ceiling | I'd freeze us both in time | Find a brand new way of seeing | Your eyes forever glued to mine." - Placebo

"Stand up fucking tall | Don't let them see your back | And take my fucking hand | And never be afraid again." - MCR

Your hero(es)?
My mom and my friends (you know who you are).

The most beautiful thing in the whole wide world?
I haven't seen the whole world, and I definitely haven't experienced all the wonders it has to offer, so I can't really answer that.

The song/book/whatever you wish you had written?
I have plenty of my own ideas that I'll probably never get around to putting down on paper, so those.

The question you've always wished someone would ask you?
"Do you love me like I love you?"

Answer to that question:
"Now and forever." But just the right person would have to ask me.

What makes you happy?
When my friends/family are, music, videogames, when shit actually works out like its supposed to (which is, alas, a fairly rare occurrence).

What makes you sad?
Idiots who make fun of other people to feel better about themselves, because they suck and they're only spreading the misery; MCR's tour schedule; bigots; the state of the world today; when iTunes periodically deletes all my album art, etc.

What do you believe is your purpose in life?
To help others find their's.

If you could be someone else for one day, who would you be?
Gerard Way, so I could go to the doctor and get him a prescription for Chantix. Motherfucker needs to stop smoking! ...Okay, that painfully obvious answer aside, I wouldn't want to be someone else for a day; I'd rather have the ability to experience events through others' eyes so I could gain further perspectives on life.

Weird things about yourself (Confess!)
EVERYTHING! Okay, okay! umm... I eat babies. Yeah, I dunno. I don't bother comparing myself to other people to see what's "weird" about me, 'cause we all have eccentricities that make us unique, so what's "weird" to one person is natural to another.

Three things you'd bring on a desert island?
Does this island have a wi-fi connection? No? Damn. Okay... Art supplies, one of them item-synthesizers from Star Trek (I'm cheating), and Jhonen Vasquez (there needs to be at least one sane person on this island).

The one most important thing you would pick with you if your house were on fire?
Assuming there are no family members/pets to rescue: my laptop. My whole life is on there.

If you could have one wish and one wish only what would it be for?
That's between me and the people in my dreams. Most people spend their lives wishing to not have this, and I don't feel like explaining why I want it so badly.

If you were a cow and you'd get to choose which color of grass you'd prefer to eat and why?
It doesn't matter what color the grass is, I'm still gonna run around screaming "Everything tastes PURPLE!"

If you were a superhero, what would you name and superpowers be?
I wouldn't be the type of superhero to publicize myself, so I'm not going to bother coming up with my own name. But my power would definitely be manipulating/warping my surroundings with my mind.

E-mail vs. Letter
Save trees, use email!

MySpace vs. Facebook
Both suck. MySpace sucks more, tho.

Phone vs. MSN
Uhh, phone, I guess. But I'd rather be talking face to face.

IRC vs. online forums
As far as I'm aware, I've never used an IRC-based application, so goin' with forums on this one.

Too warm vs. Too cold
Cold. Cuddle puddles FTW!

Coffee vs. Hot chocolate
TEA!

Vampires vs. Zombies
Ninja-pirate zombie-vampire robots. Durr...

Receiving gifts vs. Giving gifts
Giving them, as long as they bring joy to the recipient and I didn't have to deal with any form of holiday rush. Receiving gifts is just plain awkward.

Door open vs. Door closed
That depends. Are there mosquitoes on the other side of this door?

Summer vs. Winter
Summer, just 'cause there's no school. The boiling-point temperatures are sucky though.

Spring vs. Autumn
I love everything about Autumn. Plus, my allergies aren't half as bad. Win win.
